All Sales Are Final

Once your order is confirmed and processed, all sales are final. We encourage you to review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage information before completing your purchase. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, please reach out through the contact form on our website before placing your order—we're happy to help.

No Returns on Opened or Used Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Partially or fully used products
  • Orders based on personal taste, preference, or individual results

This isn't about fine print—it's about making sure every customer receives a product that hasn't been tampered with or compromised.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Mistakes happen, and we make them right. If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the contact form on our website. Please include clear photos showing the issue. Once confirmed, we'll provide a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it enters processing or ships. Once an order is in fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases where delivery is delayed due to carrier issues outside our control.
