How quickly do you ship orders?
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after business hours on Friday or over the weekend ship the following Monday.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via the most efficient method for your location—typically USPS. Carrier selection is based on your address and package size.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $150 ship free within the Continental US. Free shipping does not apply to dealer or distributor orders.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the Continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Allow a few hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We strongly recommend shipping to a physical street address. Delivery to P.O. Boxes may experience delays or carrier limitations depending on the shipping method.

Returns & Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened, used, or sealed products. This policy protects the safety and integrity of products for all customers.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?
We make it right—no hassle, no cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the contact form on our website and include clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we'll ship the correct product at no charge. You won't pay a penny for our mistake.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they enter processing. Once an order is in fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
